Eric was my realtor in a recent home purchase. He was was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He is very professional and knowledgeable yet easy going and not pushy. I was impressed with his quick responses to all my questions and he really made me feel like I was his only client even though he has a number of other clients he was representing during the time period I worked with him.I would highly recommend him in any real estate transaction if you are in need of a trustworthy, friendly and conscientious realtor.

Eric is great to work with. He's very responsive and was happy to work with our schedule which would often times be after work for us, so a long day for him. We looked at nearly 20 houses together and the funny thing is that he recommended the house we bought when we first started looking and we didn't want to see it. After a frustrating round of houses he again said he had a feeling about this one...and hear I sit in my new dining room writing this review...:)We are happy to now be in our new home thanks to his help

It was a pleasure from the start working with Eric. He was very kind and easy going and NOT pushy at all. He helped me feel at ease from our first meeting and was helpful through my whole entire process. His knowledge and help on things I didn't understand guided me through and knowing I could ask him anything and know he'd help me or find the answer for me was great. Worked with Eric to sell my rental property. He worked with me on deciding the best time to list, and with setting a soft goal for transitioning from landlord to seller. I had a different idea of the best time to list the home, but went with Eric's suggestion instead. It paid off huge! With a well-advertised open house, we received over 20 offers in the first weekend it was listed. Sorting through all of the offers would have been daunting, but he helped to guide me through the pros and cons of each offer. We picked a first time buyer couple over cash investors, and I could not feel better about the entire process. He was very responsive and helpful in every aspect of the listing, and I would highly recommend his services to anyone shopping or listing.

Eric aided us in purchasing a home from a distance ( we were not living in Portland at the time). He would check out properties for us, take photos, describe details knowing what we were looking for, and enabled us to find a perfect home in a short time. He was not a pushy salesperson- rather I found Eric an exceptional listener who was ready to serve us happily and timeliness.
