Eric is extraordinary at his work. He listens carefully and is able to show you what you’re interested in, discuss the pros and cons, weed out the duds without wasting anyone’s time, etc. He knows the market trends, and gave specific advice about making an offer on a house I really wanted. I entered contract and moved in last week. He walked me through the whole process, from recommending a mortgage agent for the prequal to helping me now after the fact, finding an electrician and other help. I cannot recommend him too highly
