Eric (Rick) Messmer

Rick is a native of Colorado and has lived in the Vail Valley since 1996. After graduating from the University of Puget Sound, he followed his passion of fly fishing leading him back to the mountains of his home state. Father and son fishing trips throughout his youth taught Rick the importance of patience, persistence, and attention to detail. These three traits he continues to use in his every day life and in each property transaction in which he is involved. Rick's enthusiasm for the lifestyle available here in Eagle County is infectious. He and his little girl call Eagle Ranch home.
