Eric listed and sold my investment property in Buckeye. I had a price in mind but he told me he thought we could get more. He ended up getting me $18,000 more than I expected. He could have easily sold the property quickly at the price I had suggested, but instead he went the extra mile which put more money in my pocket. He did an excellent job of negotiating and keeping me informed through the process. His calm demeanor and knowledge also helped when I would call or text late night or early morning with a concern or questions. What a great job he did! I will continue to use him for all my AZ transactions!

We sent an email to 72Sold saying we wanted to sell our house. Eric was the relator that was assigned to us. He was on time, courteous and familiar with home sales in our neighborhood. He explained the entire process to us and we came up with a plan. Our house was under contract on the 8th day. Eric was always accessible by phone or text and kept us updated on day to day activities.
5 Stars - Eric is always responsive. When we first contacted him he was on vacation with his family but still made the time to talk with us about our wants and needs. He then jumped on things as soon as he returned.
