Eric did a perfect job. He was very professional and gave great advice. I would recommend him to a friend.
- Eric showed me homes
Not at all. He didn't bother to present my last offer while telling me that he presented it. He kept pushing me to offer the full listing price. Only later on, i found out that the place was sold even at a lower price than my last offer that he never bothered to present. He is also exteremely arogant and completely ignores his client's needs and wishes. I'd not recommend working for him.
