We were first time buyers, who were very intimidated by the prospect of buying a house in a market as crazy as Seattle's. Now, years later, I wish we could buy again just so we could work with Gina and Eric again! I can't overstate how wonderful they made the entire experience. They were reassuring when we thought we would never be able to buy in the neighborhood we wanted; they were realistic and always frank about opportunities; they were incredibly knowledgeable and able to provide long term context for two people who where newer to Seattle; and most of all they were fun (trust me, when you are spending all of your free time with someone- it helps when they're kind and fun!) and unfailingly diligent and responsive. They are they were the ones who kept US on the ball. They pulled off getting us our dream home in our dream neighborhood. We've recommended Gina and Eric to anyone we know that is thinking of buying in Seattle!

Absolutely excellent. You should buy a house just so you can meet and work with these two wonderful people.They actually made the process of purchasing our first home fun. Gina and Eric demystified the process for us, the real estate newbies, and took care of our needs the entire way; theyempowered us so that we knew exactly what to do, how to manage our expectations, what to look for in a potential place, what to avoid, etc. I also appreciated what high standards they had for us--they didn't want us to simply SETTLE on something. They did the work necessary to ensure we ended up with a space that we absolutely loved Gina and Eric are also a highly efficient team; if one person was unavailable, the other would take the lead. Having worked with one another for years, they're extremely in sync as a team, and their personalities and skills as realtors compliment one another. Overall, I most enjoyed how genuine and authentic they were--it is obvious that they truly love what they do, and their enthusiasm and warmth is contagious. We will continue to tell all our friends and family about this dynamic duo; we would never consider working with any other realtors. Simply put: They are the best!
