Eric Robirds

Eric Robirds recently represented my husband and me in the sale of a rental property in Abilene, TX that we owned since the early nineties when our sons had been in college there. The property was run down and needed more updates than we could afford since we are retired, on fixed income, and my husband's health was seriously declining. Well, did we hit the JACKPOT with Eric!! He totally understood the situation, and immediately lined up several potential investor-buyers and showed the property. He almost immediately came up with the first buyer who lived in Abilene. However, that situation didn't materialize, and we were a little disappointed, but Eric almost immediately came up with a new investor-buyer out of state who went $7500. OVER our asking price!! The buyer even flew in from out of state to see the property. Eric Robirds handled the situation beautifully, and negotiated a fair price even when the buyer wanted to come down some because of the run-down condition. Eric EVEN had a THIRD buyer/investor lined up for MORE than the first and second buyers offered!!! WOW!!! However, we needed to close the deal and negotiated a very FAIR and VERY GOOD price that was actually about what the listed price had been and we HAPPILY closed on Thursday, May 25th, 2017 from Colorado!! YEA!!! We COULD NOT HAVE HAD A BETTER REALTOR! Eric was tenacious, knowledgeable, EXCELLENT at communicating with us and sending documents electronically, making the whole process SO EASY!!! He also did ALL the leg work for us, working with our property management company, and they with him. I do have to commend Mary at DALZELL Property Management for her help as well! She has done a wonderful job for us over the years and worked well with Eric to provide the information he needed. BUT, the credit for the ENTIRE DEAL happening is Mr. Eric Robirds!! He is professional, very affable and thorough with every detail, and TENACIOUS!! ERIC NEVER GIVES UP! If one situation doesn't work out, he has at LEAST TWO more up his sleeve!! If you want a TOTAL professional who will GET THE JOB DONE professionally and VERY QUICKLY, you need ERIC ROBIRDS!! He and REMAX are the VERY BEST!! Eric, you have our undying gratitude and thanks!! You were wonderful in EVERY way, and you NEVER gave up and got the BEST POSSIBLE DEAL in an AMAZING TURNAROUND TIME!! I will NEVER forget you! I know you will have an incredible career in real estate, and REMAX better hold on to you, promote you, and pay you whatever to keep you!! We also need to mention that we are selling our home in Colorado Springs and Eric "went the extra mile," and got me a top-notch agent in the Springs to help us with that entire process in Colorado Springs!! She literally called me the next day after our Abilene sale closed!! Great realtor! He had great timing and got the word out about our house really well. We got a contract in 4 days! Any issues that arose he took care of it quickly! Would only use him if I buy or sell a house again!

If you are looking for someone that is enthusiastic and really knows his job well, you should have Eric represent you whether buying or selling a home!My husband and I were looking at homes and we were having a hard time finding the 'right one'. Eric suggested we talk to a local builder and also took us to see some homes in various stages of construction. PERFECT, exactly what we were looking for. Deciding to have a home custom built is a dream come true, but things can arise that need addressed and Eric was always there to get things sorted out for us. We are so impressed with Eric, he is very mature for his age, knows the ins and outs of Real Estate, he WILL get you the answers you are needing, and the home you are looking for!

Being new to Abilene my wife and I were very nervous about buying a home. But after running into Eric we were at easy quickly. He found a house with every quality we were looking for at the price we wanted to pay. The experience of buying a house could be painful, but my wife and I won't know.
