I delt with Eric Rose. I met Eric through a mutual friend. I told him i needed a home by a certain area. he found one, we went to see it but there was a contract already on it. He kept me updated with new listing everyday and showed me a ton of other homes. he was very patient, kind, and answered all of my questions. He didnt give up on me even when I gave up. House shopping is very hard & time consuming. But yet he was still there determined to get me a house in the area where I told him I really wanted. He was looking very closely in the area & kept track of everything going on there regarding sales. One day he called me & told me about a condo that had just gone on the market right where I wanted.
