We bought our house in Sanford while living in Alexandria, VA which takes a little extra work for the agent. Eric was great! Took us to a ton of houses, helped us with things we couldn't do because we weren't there, was a good negotiator and was friendly, and also had a great knowledge of everything Orlando real estate. We met Eric at a credit union first time buyer education seminar and really liked his straightforward approach to answering questions about what was realistic and what wasn't in the current market in terms of matching our wish list to our budget. When we were ready to buy, he introduced us to Cassie King on his team. Cassie listened to what we were looking for and really helped us narrow down our property search so that we were only looking at relevant properties. We found the perfect house at our desired budget in just a couple weekends of looking and put in a successful offer right away. Through the whole process I think we received excellent advice and the title agent commented that we were getting a great deal. As a busy professional, I was happy that we were able to handle all of the contract paperwork online and via email and text and that Cassie was always responsive to our texts, even when it was late! It felt like we were working with a friend in the business because it was so conversational and the focus was always on us and our needs; we were never pressured to move faster than we wanted to.
