Eric Wyse

Eric literally outdid himself. By outdid, I mean to surpass in execution or performance. Erics commitment to help shape my vision of what could be was only matched by the sheer determination to make that vision come to life. He took my hope to sell my house and turned it into a work of art that became a gift of home to the buyer Id not quite fully envisioned. Thank you doesnt quite say enough. On the technical side, Eric was always communicative via text, phone, email as needed. He prepped me for each stage, anticipated my questions, and helped me identify issues I should address before listing to make the listing move swiftly. Eric did more to help me than I would have ever expected or even hoped of a listing agent. I also know he is well connected with other realtors and brokers in the city who he leverages when making decisions and recommendations. His approach is individualized all while feeling like he has a broad network of support behind the scenes. I would highly recommend him without any reservations.

Despite an overpriced market and several changes in what I THOUGHT I wanted and could afford, Eric steered me through looking for an investment property with the utmost patience. He went above and beyond in looking for hidden treasures properties that werent on MLS, or were owner-listed. I absolutely trusted him to put my interests first throughout the process. If there was something he didnt know, he wouldnt fake it out; hed honestly say Let me find that out, and would come back with a thorough answer. I didnt buy a property that would net him a good commission, but he treated me and the whole process with as much focus and time as if Id been buying a $1 million mansion. I would whole-heartedly recommend him for anyone buying or selling a property.
