Erica is simply the best. She studied the market and listed our home to enable us to sell it in just over 30 days at an excellent price in what many would have called a buyers market. We had to close before the new home we purchased was ready and that is when Erica really shined. You manged to find us temporary housing which was no easy task with 3 kids and 2 dogs and only a 60 day need. You can't go wrong with Erica handling the sale of your home and have no doubt the same would be true if your looking for a home!

Where do I begin? As first time homebuyers, my wife and I were clueless when it came to buying a home. We knew we wanted to be in Winter Garden, but that was it. We have a lot of friends who used Erica and highly recommend her, so we gave her a call. From the very first phone call, I felt like we were friends. She was so easy to talk to and you could tell you knew her stuff. As we started the process, Erica went above and beyond to make sure we understand what was happening every step of the way. She listened to the things that were important to us, and as moms with two little boys, knew our time was limited and was careful to use our time together effectively. She worked out meetings around our schedule and was always flexible. She was easy to reach, and didn't mind out 100 questions about everything. Thanks to her, we found a gorgeous home near downtown winter garden and we can't thank Erica enough. She always followed up, she was genuine and honest and funny! We loved her as a realtor and love her as a person. We will tell everyone about Erica when they're ready to buy a house.
