We developed a strategy together and she aggressively marketed my property. In the end she was able to negotiate the sale while I was 1,500 miles away. I got the price I wanted, right on the timeline I wanted. She assisted with the contracts and legal paperwork, all this and we actually never met face to face. I'm 100% happy with my sale and with my experience working with Erica. Military moves are stressful, but she made my relocation so much better.
