Erica Palmer

I'm a native New Yorker, born and raised in Manhattan. As a young lady growing up in the city, I was always fascinated in the architecture of our city throughout the borough's and the many different ways people decorated and personalized their homes. Being the ambitious person that I am the more I learned about homes the more I learned about repairs, from carpentry to electrical work...I was always a hands on person. When I transittransitioned into real estate career I was able to use my friendly people skills that I learned in the service in the industries I previously worked with. I love to help families find their dream homes and I hold their hands through the step by step process, from our first encounter to discuss what my clients needs and wants are to shaking hands at closings. I personally like to keep a detailed, informed and transparent relationship in general but especially with my clients. I have a really good strong work ethic, patience and integrity to offer. Allow me to assist you in your real estate journey.
