My husband and I loved working with Erica. As first time home buyers we were a bit nervous and a little unsure of ourselves, but Erica made the process surprisingly stress-free. I appreciated that Erica was willing to be honest with us and didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear, but at the same time she always left the decisions up to us. I cannot recommend Erica enough to anyone buying or selling a home in the area. When the time comes, we will absolutely use her again.

Erica is probably one of the best realtors in our area. She works hard and it shows. Her knowledge of real estate and the surrounding area is very extensive. She also knows how to work a deal from open to close. I would have to say that I was most impressed with the way she found and extra 30k due to our appraisal being inaccurate.
