Erica took charge without being domineering. Most importantly, she understood my wishes as the seller and did not aggressively impose her opinion. She considered my sentimental demands while still being able to offer professional advice to nudge me towards moving forward. She is persistent without being annoying. Her manner is received as helpful rather than overbearing. She found the perfect buyer and went above and beyond to address any and all matters of presenting the property in the best light in a timely manner. Everyone knows buying a house is one of the most stressful things that you'll ever do. Yeah well not this time. Erica was absolutely amazing. I think she did all the stressing for both of us. She literally went above and beyond on every little detail of my home buying process. She was always well informed and keeping all parties on point (especially her realtor comrades on the other side of the table).
