"Ericka, was fantastic... my wife and I are very specific at what we do or do not like but Ericka did not waver even once... I have purchased many houses and this purchase went much smoother than others and I credit that to Ericka.. I admitidly am very hard to deal with on a large purchase like a house but Ericka took it in stride and did a fabulous job helping us find the house that worked for our situation... Its funny, I typically do not like dealing with Realtors, but I assure you Ericka does not operate under the old realtor stigma we all dislike... she was a pleasure to deal with. Rating: *****"I don't know what Ericka's secret sauce is, but she came to our home, highly recommended by other happy families, did a great presentation, hastily arranged a great photographer, put a sign in the yard on Friday and by noon Saturday we had a full price offer. Say what!?! Yes, it's true. We might have been a little lucky but she did a great job, was very professional, and best of all, very personable, down to earth, and friendly. She held our hands throughout the whole process and attended the closing to make sure all went smoothly. Wow. I can't recommend Ericka enough. "Ericka - Was great! We basically found our house on line from out of state. We called Ericka on a Sunday night that we wanted to submit an offer on our house. She immediatley contacted the selling realtor and advised him of the pending offer and set up a showing for she and my daughter. There was already a pending offer and 11 showings scheduled for Monday. She saw the house on Monday morning, we raised our offer slightly, and by\ Monday afternoon we received a call that our offer was accepted.
