Erik was super proactive in helping us with our search. He really understood what we were looking for and was totally honest giving his opinion. We never felt like he was trying to oversell anything and he gave honest, helpful feedback. We were doing our search from out of town so it really helped that Erik has such strong knowledge of the market and he was awesome about going to look at places on our behalf and sending us photos/videos. We totally trusted his opinion on things too

- Andrew FI just wanted to reach out to let you know that my girlfriend and I had an incredible experience working with Erik to rent here in Chicago. We are relocating from Boston and the transition has been a bit rocky in terms of the logistics. I met with more than a half dozen agents in April. I found most of them to be disorganized, curt, uninformed, and hard to communicate with. Then I met Erik by way of a listing on Zillow. He was FANTASTIC! He was prompt and that afternoon got me out into our target neighborhood to look at multiple options.
