To say Erik Meldahl went over and above our expectations for a real estate agent would be an understatement. He handled the sale of our existing home and the hunt for a new home. Erik saved my house by being very personal it wasn't just a job for him he really cared and thought outside of the box. At the day I was suppose to close on my house we found out there was a Lein on my house va was the owner and they were not going to pay it Erik reached out to our congressman and everyone local he could along with the lien holder and as high up as he could get with the VA at the end the VA paid the lien and my family got our house he's amazing thanks Erik
