He was very responsive via email and answered all our questions whenever we had them. He was very available to look at houses, sometimes just hours after the request.He guided us through the negotiations of placing an offer and closing on a house, which was extremely helpful. He even helped us find professionals such as home inspectors, electricians, contractors, etc. Erik is a wonderful realtor and a genuine human being who cares about his clients.
