Erika Ranney

Erika started her real estate career by joining a team with RE/MAX Alliance DTC in 2000 as an admin and became immediately enamored with the industry. She took her unique eye for detail, organization and keen sense for marketing to multiple real estate companies learning the industry from the inside out and began running a small, local admin/marketing/consulting company for real estate professionals in 2006. Her passion continued to grow for the ever changing real estate market and in 2014, Erika became licensed as an Associate Broker and went back to RE/MAX, where her real estate career began, by joining RE/MAX Structure. In her free time, Erika enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and three children, all things interior design, DIY or vintage and promoting the infectious vibe of small business. With a high level commitment to real estate education and a true passion for client’s piece of mind both during and after transactions, Erika uses her unique, fresh blend of foresight and 16 years of experience to ensure consistent client satisfaction.
