We have been on both sides of the Real Estate fence this past year and both times we used Erin. Last fall she helped us sell my mother's home. Her advice and guidance were incredible and right on the money. Based on this we prepared the house for sale and got fair priced offers the very first day. Erin kept us well in the loop throughout the sale process and made sure we understood everything completely before signing.That experience led us back to Erin when we decided to buy a house this past May. Again, she was a wonderful advocate for us and truly made sure she understood what we were looking for. She found a house for us right away and, once again, made sure we were well informed through each step. (Yes, it's different on the other side of the fence!).I can't say enough about her professionalism. She is as knowledgeable as anyone in the Real Estate field and will be the consummate advocate for you. I'd go back to her in a blink if I needed to.

You just don't find customer service like this anymore. Erin has been terrific with negotiating the pitfalls of dealing with the HOA. She has gone above and beyond the scope of her profession to make sure every detail is satisfied, and has accommodated many requests from us as we are 2 hours away. Kept us informed, and is good at spotting potential problems before they become an issue. I highly recommend her.

Erin was a miracle worker for us! We were dying to get into a Cliff May Rancho home and weren't sure we could make it happen. Erin worked so hard for us and helped us get the maximum equity from our old home so that our dreams could come true. She helped in so many ways and even helped us to "stage" our old place. Selling and buying is always stressful but her support and knowledge made it so much easier...always available and kept us in the know at all times. She was super flexible and bent over backwards to make both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our first Rancho home possible. This girl knows her stuff and is not afraid to do what it takes or meet any challenge. Needless to say, we will be using her for all our future realty endeavors.

Let's face it - moving, either buying or selling, is stressful. Erin has helped me for over 10 years. In a word - she is "amazing". Her knowledge of local markets and the intricacies of real estate transactions is honed by the years of voluntarism on local and state boards. She not only has the attention to detail necessary for a successful transaction, but also the marketing and design background to help buyers visualize a home's potential or to help sellers stage a home from maximum benefit. Best of all, her customer service is exceptional and she does it all with humor and grace. You couldn't do better!

Erin was wonderful. As executor of the family trust I was overwhelmed with responsibility.
