Erin Litterilla

My wife and I moved from Virginia to North Carolina and Erin Litterilla was an outstanding agent for us in the search and purchase of our new home. Not knowing the different reality laws of NC. Erin assisted us and provided information. If we had questions they were always answered. If we needed a service reference, she provided it with a name and a phone number. If you are looking for a home in NC. and need an agent, look no further and call The April Stephens Team and ask for Erin Litterilla.

Erin was a delight to work with! She was very patient as I was learning a new area and trying to figure out exactly where I wanted to live. She made every step of the process easy, and even fun!

There is NOTHING negative I can say about this team. Selling my home was such a stress free time I wish The April Stephens team was able to sell in the state I moved too, because that was a nightmare! When you have people who know what their doing, who know the surrounding area they are working in, are from the area and have a great attitude everyday how can you go wrong! I want to thank you ladies for everything you did for my family and myself. Erin Litterilla kept me up to date on ALL communications, I never waited for an answer, everything was planned and executed perfectly. Thank you thank you for serving the Raleigh and surrounding areas with professionalism, grace, positivity and expertise!
