Erin represented us recently in the purchase of a second home. Erin met our every need. If we needed to run up to see a property in Titusville or down in Palm Bay (about 40 miles from each other) than Erin would literally drop everything she was doing and make the arrangements. Erin knows the process well and can patiently explain all the steps in a words that are easy to follow. Erin was the best realtor you could ask for. She went above and beyond in many circumstances to help us get our home. We looked at a lot of houses and she helped us put together several offers. The house we ended up purchasing was a foreclosure, the bank was tedious to work with, and needless to say it was overall a giant pain (because of the bank), however Erin went out of her way in more ways than I can remember to contact the selling bank, our bank, contractors in regards to needed repairs, performed lien searches, negotiated back and forth with the selling bank, and much more. This was a much appreciated deviation from past experiences I've had with other realtors. Very respectful and incredibly nice person and a pleasure to work with. Erin Fernandez is a fantastic agent. She recognized that our home had improvements that the other homes in our development did not have. Using those desirable features and professional photos in our listing, Erin got us an offer within weeks that was above appraisal. And she ensured our closing went smooth. We also enlisted Erin's help with finding the beautiful "villa" we now call home. The property needed to allow animals including a rooster and have character (hate cookie cutter developments). Erin worked with us, showing us lots of properties from one end of our commute range to the other. She researched zoning, and showed us both buildable land and stylish homes. And again she ensured our paperwork and closing went smooth. My wife and i highly recommend Erin.

I don't think it matters if you're a first-time home buyer or if you're a seasoned veteran. Erin was helpful and receptive every step of the way for us. She listened to what we were looking for (price, home size, neighborhood, etc.) and we got into a house that exceeded our expectations. She made herself available when we needed, we never had to wait for documents to sign and had tons of information at her disposal when discussing properties (how long houses were on the market, comps around the area, etc.). My wife and I never felt alone in the process and that was important since we were first-timers with little knowledge of timelines and requirements. She even came to the house on a weekend in order for me to show my dad the property. She gave us her undivided attention. Much, much more than I ever expected.

This is the third time we have used Erin in a real estate transaction. The first was to buy a home in September 2015, the second time to help us rent a home to a tenant in December 2015 and than most recently to sell the same rent house in March 2017. I'm writing this on the same day we sold. Erin truly is 5 star agent. Certainly after over 10 years in Brevard County she knows her way around this part of Florida and is willing to travel the length of Brevard's 72 miles of freeway (which she did for us in 2015 when we wanted to see something in Titusville). Having said that I would say Erin's super-specialty is Viera/Suntree. Erin always knows the answer to every question we have asked. Concerning responsiveness Erin either directly picks up a phone call or will return a call within a couple minutes. Concerning negation skills Erin had our interest in mind and was able to convince the buyer to accept an offer for $14K over what Erin and us both knew was fair value (the only thing that brought the price down was the buyer's mortgage company based on the appraisal however the buyer immediately accepted the offer). Erin's greatest strength is her willingness to do anything to close the sale. Often I could not get away from work and my spouse can't drive so Erin would do anything from pick my spouse up to drive by the home we was about to sell check up on things to working on our behalf with contractors and even meeting them at the home. Erin is a must if you need a dedicated real estate agent in Brevard County.

We had the great opportunity to have Erin as our real state agent. She worked very hard from day one making every step of the way clear and easy to understand. Our property was sold very quickly and for the price we wanted due her excellent diligence on bringing prospective buyers, advertising and addressing all the needs to properly prepare the house for listing.
