- Erin listed and sold my home
I needed help. I had my home listed with another agent and it was going no where. I am no longer in Florida and I was referred to Erin from my cousin (whom she helped by a house). I am so glad I called her. My home was listed with the before agent for 6 MONTHS. I called Erin, she suggested I have a room painted a more neutral color (I thought everyone loved pink and purple, haha!), she found me a painter, managed the process, had BEAUTIFUL, Professional photos' done (the other agent did NOT have nice pictures). Listed my home and had a accepted offer in a little over a month. Sold it close to my asking price too. Closed it in under a month after we accepted a offer. I could not have asked to be sent a better agent who did exactly what needed to be done, to get my home sold FAST, and at a good price. I would recommend her to anyone. She is a good ol' hard worker!

Erin sold my husband's and I's home in Parrish. We really needed to get top dollar so we could buy our next home. She had beautiful, professional photography done that really highlighted how well we have taken care of our home. She was available day and night and the communication was excellent. I have worked with other agents in the past, but from now on, I will only call on Erin Fleming.

Erin helped me sell my house in Lakewood Ranch. We wanted to downsize to something smaller once the kids left. She walked us through the entire process and was really helpful. Erin remained in constant contact with us. We really felt pampered. In the future, I do not think we will be using any other realtor. Erin was outstanding! She negotiated a good deal that helped us get more money for our house. She was very professional and helpful.
