Erlene was an amazing agent for me and my fianc. We originally contacted her after we were being ignored by a few listing agents at potential properties we were interested in. She took her time to understand we were in a tight budget and found us dozens of different homes that fit what we wanted. We were rejected on a home but the last home looked at, we had been keeping an eye on since it was listed months ago way out of our price range. She was able to get our offer in right away and we ended up with the home we thought was too expensive for us! She was also able to get us promo deals on the ADT home security services which made us feel more protected with our new home purchase. Starting off with the preapproval, she gave me different lenders information and explained the types of loans. That same day I received the preapproval Erlene was on top of everything and asked me different interests I was looking for and right away got to looking at houses. I ended up falling in love with a house and we put in an offer same day! She negotiated better terms for me and got the offer accepted. Once the offer was accepted she kept me informed on every step and what to do next. Closing day was about a month after the offer and I was handed over the keys to my new home! Erlene truly cares about her clients best interest and went beyond my expectations!
