Overall...great Realtor! From day one when I found Ernest he was very compationate with my situation in dealing with other realtors with no sense of urgency to find my mom a home.This is her first time purchasing a home on her own. Ernest assured us he will stay on top of everything. He kept his word. What won me is how he asked my mom for her needs and wants in her dream home. After that, he would personally send listings of homes rather than the generated email. Following up with a call. Finally a great realtor that will go above and beyond and always kept me in the loop. Speechless is the only way to describe Ernest Livingstone great customer service. Our first home buying process was a nightmare because we decided to go against our agent's good judgement regarding the lender. We went with our chosen lender, and many times, we were going to give up. However, with years of real estate experience, Ernest reassured us that he will do whatever it took to get us this house.
