We found out last minute that the place we were renting was being sold and weren't even sure we could work out buying instead of renting. Esther deserves more than 5 Stars. She exceeded my expectations of a realtor. I have purchased and sold a home prior to this new build and those realtors were good, but Esther was exceptional. She was with me every step of the build process. She was with me to guide me through deciding what I could afford, what was important for me to have in a brand new home, picking out the interior/exterior selections, to each inspection/builder meeting, and right up to closing on my new property. What can I say about Esther. She stuck in there with me through looking at multiple properties. I was on the market to purchase my first home and had a very busy schedule at work, making it hard to really look at properties. Esther proactively found homes which suited my needs and I found one that I came to love. Esther is an excellent negotiator and will do all she can for her clients. I was kept in the loop about all the the important and critical information I needed to secure the purchase. New to the home buying process you tend to be nervous about so many things not to mentioned your offer may not be accepted. Esther is by far the best realtor you can ask for! She is very thorough throughout the entire home purchasing process! And I mean thorough! She found us the perfect house and location paying special attention to what we were looking for which was an excellent school district, good area and a food deal! Our experience with Esther was outstanding! My wife and I relocated from Los Angeles to the Dallas area for my job and we were in need of someone who would be able to assist us remotely.
