At the risk of sounding so over the top as to not be credible, I have never dealt with a better team than Gene and Kim. I live in Manhattan and I had to sell the Quogue house of my recently-deceased father whose estate I was the executor of. Needless to say I entered the process with trepidation, imagining all the 80 mile drives I would have to do to take care of every little detail. Lucky for me I included Gene and Kim in the list of real estate agents I interviewed. They gave me a fair price estimate which they were confident they would get quickly. And they did. But that was the least of their service. They also hired a tag sale firm to sell off my father's possessions. I did nothing other than pick up the sale proceeds. They also took care of smoke alarms, pool alarms, the pool fence, carbon monoxide detectors, and multiple visits from the town inspector for the C of O. It was stress free and aggravation free for me. They had the professional good sense to keep me apprised of every aspect of the sale. These two are consummate professionals. They respond in a timely, and I might add well-written when dealing with emails or texts, manner, always keeping the end goal -- THE CLOSING -- in mins. If I ever do another real estate transaction in the Hamptons it will be with Gene and Kim.
