Eva assisted us in purchasing a home in Deming, NM without us actually seeing the home or making a trip there from Wisconsin. She went out of her way to make sure we had the info we needed. She responded to phone calls and emails extremely promptly and was always willing to make a trip out to the house to check on something or measure something for us. She recommended local contactors and service providers that were all excellent to work with. Without her help, we would never have been able or even consider purchasing a home so far away. We hope to spend the winters in Deming and are so grateful to Eva for her dedication and commitment to providing us with outstanding service. She went above and beyond what was expected and made sure the house was ready for us.
