Evan Manning

My name is Evan Manning and I am currently a Real Estate Agent at Iron Valley Real Estate Berks. I earned my license back early 2023 and my career has taken off ever since. In my 3 full years of Real Estate I have closed nearly 40 transactions working with both buyers and sellers. I have a deep passion for helping people complete their goals and dreams. I work with Investors all over Pennsylvania, after being mentored on this side of the business and getting first hand knowledge with family members who are long term investors from Berks County all the way up through Northumberland County. I grew up in the local area and was an Account Relationship Manager by trade prior to getting my Real Estate License, both of these have given me great insight and knowledge to be able to connect with clients.
