- Evan helped me buy a home
My husband and I bought our first house though Evan, and we thought he did a great job. He had speedy responses and explained a lot of things we did not know as first time home buyers. Evan also very flexible and was willing to show house at the last minute.
Overall, the experience of buying a house with Evan as our realtor was excellent! We were very impressed on how fast he would respond to texts or emails, even on the weekends. This made it feel like he really did care about us. There was a lot that we didnt know being first time home buyers; Evan was able to explain (sometimes multiple times) in terms that we would understand and without making us feel stupid. He was also on top of all the documents and papers we had to sign, which took a lot of stress off from us.
