Even though Eva was only showing us a home at the time, she began to do her diligence and laid the groundwork for selling our home in Sycamore. Started in late October of 2022 and finally sold our home in late June of 2023 because we were still living at home, which made it rough for buyers to see the home and its value without being biased. Finally we received a decent offer and Eva was able to keep a great bargain with the buyer, and we sold our first home at a decent price and was totally within our expectation. We looked at so many houses with we lost count long story short, we found our home at Drake and we were able to submit an offer that was good enough to be accepted and yet, not overbidding like I was a billionaire or married to a billionaire during the escrow process, Eva was again very educational and resourceful, explaining the all the relevant details regarding how mortgage works from top to bottom.
