Ms. Eastwood was excellent in getting my home sold through the short sale process. She went to the court house with me and stopped the foreclosure sale. I saved thousands of dollars on attorney fees. She even surprised me with a $10,000 check of which I was not expecting in relocation assistance from my lender. Ms. Eastwood works hard and knows her business. I would highly recommend her if you are a seller and especially if your home is in distress.
