I call Ms. Belcher to asked her assistance with finding an apartment for my 25 year old daughter. Ms Evelyn said why is she looking for an apartment when she could by a house? A lightbulb went off in my head... wow my youngest buying a house. Ms Evelyn jumped right on it the very next day. She had the mortgage broker call my daughter and she was pre approved that day. Ms. Evelyn had my daughter out looking for house that weekend. Ms Evelyn was very knowledgeable on the areas as well has pointing out differences things in the houses that could become a problem. Ms. Evelyn walked her through the process of becoming a homeowner days before her 26th birthday. I would highly recommend Ms Belcher she was awesome I cannot thank her enough.

One day I mentioned the Evelyn that I was really tired of being at my apartment complex and really wanted my own home. So I could paint the walls the color I wanted and get the kind of carpet I wanted. I wanted my piece of the American dream but I scared. Renting was easy, call the landlord and everything was taken care of. After 13 years I had nothing to show for it. Evelyn said I have some to help you. ME! And she did. We started looking thru listings that very weekend. I found a home I liked and could afford and we started the paperwork. And yes I was laid off after 13 years. But, Evelyn assured me I would be alright. And she was right. I did find a new position, unfortunately with less money but Evelyn kept on working for me. And she found me another home even better than the one before. I trusted her. She knew what I needed/wanted. She came thru for me. Evelyn, I thank you for your commitment.
