I absolutely love Evelyn. When we started this process I sent out several emails asking realtors for information. Evelyn was the only realtor to respond with comparable homes that were either on the market or had just sold. That sold her for me. Being first time sellers we had several questions, almost weekly and sometimes several in a day. Evelyn was always quick to respond either through email, phone calls, or text messages. She guided us in how to set up our house...declutter! Often she would preempt our questions with answers before we even asked. She really knows her stuff! We love Evelyn and are so glad that she was there to help us the entire way!
