Fabio has done an amazing job for us. From the moment we started to seriously look for a house, he was always at the end of the phone answering questions and arranging viewings. We moved from England so had a lot of questions and as I said, he was always available to answer them quickly at all hours.He helped us to secure our dream house, which was priced out of our range, by negotiating the price into our range. We could not be happier with his effort and dedication. He was first recommended by a friend who I know he also managed to help a great deal on price.

Our original plan was to rent in the area after moving from downtown after 20 years. Wanted to test the area prior to investing in ownership. Fabio showed us two homes not yet listed, but where the seller had engaged a realtor to sell, that met our requirements for the same or less than the rentals. We ended up purchasing the home that was listed by a competitive brokerage firm. I also had recently changed jobs and Fabio suggested two mortgage brokers one of whom got us a competitive mortgage.

Fabio was great in attentiveness and utilizing all the newest technology to help us sell our home. It was listed within a week of contracting him and had a contract within a few short, busy weeks with lots of showings. Highly recommend him and his team!
