Home Sale Faith helped be sell a home during a high conflict divorce. She would go out of her way to make sure that viewings could take place when one of the sellers were being difficult. She is extremely fast to respond even on weekends and late night, she keeps a vigil on the market and trends to make sure the home is priced appropriately and uses various strategies to get the job done. I cannot say enough good things about our interaction with Faith and her acumen as a relator. Shes a personable, very dedicated professional and most importantly, shes trustworthy. Due to her diligence, my wife and I were able to shop and move into a home in just over a month. Even though we already had a pre-approval from a lender before we started shopping, Faith took the time to make sure we had the highest chance of success when it came time to purchase our home and that included taking a careful look at the capabilities of our lender. After careful consideration, she referred us to a lender that she spoke very highly of and WOW, did they blow our lender out of the water! We were able to close in two-weeks! Our lender was nowhere near capable of closing in that kind of time frame. Obviously, this made us very appealing to potential sellers. Faith really set us up for success by taking this crucial step. My wife and I are relatively new to Texas, so we were not aware of where to even look for a home, but Faith was always there to help us understand what area was going to best suit our needs. Shes very knowledgeable about the DFW Metro area and she was not only instrumental in getting us into a property that met our criteria, but she used her knowledge and expertise to help situate us in an area that promotes outstanding home value appreciation. Faith is absolutely amazing! I am a first time home buyer and beginning the process is very exciting but can also be stressful. One of the first things to do is finding a great realtor you can trust, has the best intentions for you, and is not just looking for a way to make the most money off of your purchase. Faith always listened and answered every question I had, which I had plenty of. She told me to call or send a text at anytime and she would reply at her earliest convenience, but she never failed to respond back right away. I had a list of things that my boyfriend and I really wanted the house to have and also a list of things that the house needed to have no matter what for it to even be an option. Not only did she find a house that had nearly everything we wanted, it was a new build that was on sale with brand new appliances included (microwave, oven, fridge, washer and dryer!). Now I get to call that brand new house my home sweet home! If you're looking for a realtor, I can't think of anyone else better than Faith!
