Melissa is an indefatigable professional and worth every penny of her hire. I had no expectation of securing such a good price for our sale, or for it to go as smoothly as it did. She was helpful and knowledgeable about staging and preparing our property for sale, and skillful in facilitating providers to prepare the grounds, and a company to handling the closing. I can only assume that she communicated with our buyer with the same competence and kindness. This feels like a chapter of our lives well written and happily concluded.

My parents were looking to sell their house and move to a smaller place, but at first we wanted to get a lay of the land. We contacted Melissa and we were able to discuss our situation with her and what we wanted to do. She gave us great information and recommendations on how to begin our search. Though she offered to take us to properties that she would find based on our goals, we decided not to as our preliminary search, following her recommendations, found the situation prohibitive for my parent's goals at the moment. Thus, my parents decided to stay in their current house and not sell. Though my parents did not continue through the entire process of purchasing new property and selling their current home, they were very pleased with their experience with Melissa and the information she provided; and if they do decide later to follow through with the entire process they will definitely call Melissa again.
