Using her expert knowlege with the local market, not only did she establish a sales price that was higher than I expected, but she advised me how to navigate several offers, that were made, to get me several thousand more with the final sale! Unbelievable! I was so impressed with her marketing strategy, photographs and her social media savy to present my home for sale in the best possible way.
