Honestly, I don't know where to begin! I'm a first time buyer in LA, and must admit that I was a bit nervous going into this process. But I fell in love with a condo and by my great good fortune, Fausto represented me. From the first time we walked around, Fausto was incredibly informative - answering my questions but also asking questions of the seller's agent to make sure we had all the relevant details that might impact me during a potential purchase as well as beyond. He helped me decide on an offer, and then when it was accepted (yay!), he was there for me through all the paperwork necessary to get me successfully through escrow. There was truly not a moment of stress involved in any of the process, and Fausto's knowledge and understanding of all the details as well as my needs was exceptional. I could not possibly have gotten a better agent - he made this significant and important purchase seamless. Wow. I was remarkably fortunate to have this kind, smart man as my agent.

Fausto helped me for buying my new home last year. The buying process was really rough and frustrating because it was such a strong sellers market. The house listing was not much for my desired price range. Although I found some houses and tried, I failed many times. It was a very competitive market and house price ended always way more over my budget. Fausto was always there answering my questions. He was sooooo promptly responded to my call or message. Such a great communicator. So polite and mannered. A great leader of his team. (I had a great experience with his whole team.) When I was so frustrated with several times of failing for months, he made me believe I could find my home in my budget with no problem. He was such a big help in every level going through that rough process. I still appreciate him greatly thinking of all that craziness.

Since the beginning of our home buying process, Fausto has demonstrated that he is very skilled and knowledgeable in his expertise and has continued to provide top notch customer service. He has also fought really hard for us to not get ripped off or taken advantage of by all the people involved along the way, which we as customers really appreciate.
