Fernando Gutierrez

My passion is helping others, particularly through Real Estate, whether it's helping my client find their dream home or building wealth through real estate. As a Ventura County native, and a seasoned real estate professional, I acknowledge and value the trust my clients place in me and I strive to exceed their expectations. As a Realtor, my priority is to make my clients happy, listen to my clients’ real estate needs to achieve the best outcome out of every situation. Buying or selling a home can be complex and overwhelming that’s why I strive to ensure that the homeownership process is easy, and stress free for my clients. Prior to entering real estate, I attended Cal State University Northridge and received my Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Out of Real Estate I’m a proud Father of three beautiful children, Nazaire, Anthony, and Mateo. Being a good Father, Realtor, and friend are the only things that make me feel successful.
