Working with Darren and Tina Moreno, through Keller Williams, was truly a smooth and quick process. As a first time home buyer, and younger at that, I had several question and both Darren and Tina kept me overly satisfied with answers. They were so quick to a respond and led me down the best path as a first time home buyer! I would highly recommend EVERYONE to go through them, as they were so knowledgeable, patient and understanding of the process. They also led me in directions for insurance on the house and that helped take some of the "internet searching" pressure away during this time. The house buying process is truly what you make of it and your realtor means so much because they are basically your lifeline through it all.
