We heard about Fidelina when we were in Phoenix, AZ. We had been communicating via e-mail and phone. We drove to Sacramento and she met us at the hotel. We then went to look for homes, she took into consideration our budget, time frame and what we wanted in a home. It's our retirement home, so it had to be good. We only had a 2 week time frame, but she did her homework and knew exactly where to show us homes. Fidelina knows very well the area in Sacramento didn't want us to invest in the bad areas; she really cared about us since we didn't know anything about Sacramento. We found a home and she was able to negotiate an amazing price and a 6 day escrow. When we decided to retire and move to Northern Sacramento we came across Fidelina Duran-Spagnola via email. Even though we are not ready to move yet, we have discussed all of our wishes with Fidelina.
