We worked with Tim on our relocation to Florida in the midst of the pandemic. We had some very specific timelines we had to meet, and Tim was mindful of that throughout the process. All went smoothly and really appreciated his guidance and professionalism.

We met Tim and his wife, Pamela, in the midst of the Covid pandemic in early September 2020. We connected with them through Zillow. Tim lined up several home viewings for me and my wife the first day. I remember leaving the first home that we viewed and how my wife and I decided to use Tim as our realtor after meeting him for the first time. We liked Tim and Pamela immediately and also appreciated them wearing masks and being very safe. We would spend the rest of the afternoon looking at several homes and getting to know them a little more with each viewing. The day ended with us making an offer on one of the homes Tim showed us that day. Right away we were impressed with Tim as a realtor. He explained the process of making the offer in great detail, but kept it simple enough for us to easily understand. He also made some very good recommendations for lenders and insurance companies. Ultimately, we ended up having a contract on the first home that we would end up cancelling for various reasons. Tim was right there with us through every step. Over the next couple of months we viewed many homes with Tim. He was always a text or phone call away, which was so helpful when we would find a home that we wanted to see ASAP. During this time we also decided to sell our home with Tim as the realtor. I would text Tim often with questions about buying and/or selling homes and he always got back to me very quickly with an answer. He never made me feel like any of my questions or concerns were silly, even though I felt like they were on many occasions. Tim and Pamela had great advice when it came to getting our home ready to go on the market, and the photographer they use for their listings did a terrific job as well. Finally in December, after experiencing many of the typical home buying/selling ups and downs, we had a contract on the sale of our home and a contract on the purchase of a brand new home home (Tim being responsible for both). Tim & Pamela are great!! What we appreciate most about them is their honesty - they told us outright if they thought a house had too many issues or wasn't right for us. Tim was our primary contact outside of touring, and he was super quick to respond over text and email. He patiently explained basically every step of the process to us since we're first-time home buyers with a million questions, and in the end we got a really good deal! At the last minute we decided to get a wind mitigation inspection done a few days before closing, and Tim was able to get it scheduled before closing which gave us an impressive discount on insurance. I was the personal representative/executrix of my cousins will and needed to sell her property in Sarasota. I live in Western New York and dealing with long-distance cleaning out and cleaning up of her home was a difficult process. Tim was recommended by friends in Sarasota to sell the property.
