One thing about Forey is his accountability. So we built trust and connection very quickly through the home search. He showed me different places and provided me some suggestins until I found my current home that I want to buy. Also, he is very knowledgable and a lot of experience about what he does. I would recommend him to any of my friends who want to purchase houses.

I've had nothing but great experiences with Forey. I first met him when he helped me find my condo. On the day when he dropped off the keys and a bottle of champagne as a move-in gift I didn't expect that I would be working with him again quite so soon.18 months later I unexpectedly had to move for work so I called Forey to list it. He told me he would find a buyer in less than a week and it would sell for at least asking price, which is exactly what happened!Coordinating the move took up most of my time, which was fine since Forey took care of everything. He sent me email and text updates, notified me when I would have to sign documents, or if there was a change in schedule. The sale was closed less than 6 weeks after I decided to sell in the first place. Couldn't have been simpler

Forey helped us with a quick contingency sale. He got our place listed over the weekend and we sold in 72 hours. He assisted with staging and brought in an amazing photographer. We had competeing offers and he helped us navigate the whole process. It was smooth and incredibly successful financially.

We appreciated working with Forey in our most recent condo purchase. He was very responsiveness when we wanted to see properties on short notice and provided good insight into Seattle neighborhoods. We found Forey to be very helpful and a great guy to work with.
