We're truly fortunate to have found Fran when we wanted to sell our house. Fran came in highly recommended from our close friend and she has lived up to her reputation as an extremely knowledgeable, experienced and effective real-estate professional in both Seattle Metropolitan / Pudge Sound area and Bay Area in California. Even during the difficult COVID times, she diligently guided us on preparing the home. Fran is very resourceful and lined up people to get the job done quickly with quality and reasonable cost. She knew exactly what inspections and reports were needed and guided us to get them quickly. She made sure the house got a lot of exposure and it showed really well. The staging, the amazing 3D tour, the custom website for the home were all incredible. We got a lot of offers within 5 days and we were able to finalize on a Tuesday afternoon remotely (as we already moved to the Bay Area). Besides selling our house, being the home buyers in the Bay area we came into the market not knowing much. After speaking to a lot of real estate agents including the ones Google relocation service highly recommended, we still decided to partner with Fran for our home purchase because she is just simply better than anyone we spoke to. She laid out the steps of buying a home and how we could be best prepared to be successful. Our journey to close on a home was not easy because the housing market has been crazy but Fran was there throughout our journey providing us guidance with patience and understanding. She remained extremely prompt, professional and always on top of everything before, during and after showings which helped a lot as we were looking at houses and putting in offers. We were able to close on our home here with Fran and looking back at our journey we couldn't have done it without her! She continued to support us during close working tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure all the pieces lined up and even after we closed as we settled into our new home. We are excited to enjoy our home and hopefully one day work with Fran in the future again! Fran is an amazing realtor and now our friend! We couldn't wait to give Fran a 5 star review.
