Fran Martin, Broker, started selling real estate in March of 1977 for Stagen Real Estate. In 1980 she started her own business as Martin Real Estate at 119 Market Street in Paxton and added insurance sales. Fran was co-chairman of Paxton Business EXPO for several years and has been a member of Paxton Chamber of Commerce and Parsonage Chairman and Trustee of United Methodist Church since 1977. In 1987, she and her husband purchased the 230 West Ottawa, (Rt. 9), Paxton, location with 20 sales people and 3 assistants. In 1999 they contracted with Rosenboom and became Rosenboom Realty, Inc.
Fran, Broker and Realtor, has always had multi-million dollar sales in her 30 plus years of sales. Fran was a member and officer of Rantoul Area Multi-List from 1977 until dissolution, then became a member of the present Iroquois-Ford Multi-List.
