Fran is absolutely the best realtor I've ever worked with. She went above and beyond to help make our home ready to put on the market without having us do a ton of expensive work to have it marketable. Her advice was right on! Her knowledge of resources like carpet installers, movers, temporary housing, etc was so helpful. We've recommended to several friends and will continue to do so.

I give Fran Robison high marks for the work she did for me as my agent. Coming to Minneapolis from out of state, I needed someone I could trust, someone who knew the market, and someone who would look after and protect my needs. Fran handled these tasks with the highest degree of competency and professionalism. I came to look at neighborhoods and properties in May, put in a bid in June, closed in July, and moved in August. This was record breaking time for me. Fran made the stressful process of mortgage, appraisal, inspection, and closing almost seamless. I am extremely happy with my new home. I will definitely use Fran again, and highly recommend her to others.

Frances was so awesome! She worked very hard around the clock and made me feel like I was her only client.
