Frances Prieto

I traveled from State College with my deaf/ADHD brother to house hunt. Francesco researched and selected appropriate houses to make the best use of our limited time on visits. She was extremely patient with my brother and his at times odd behaviors. On one visit, when I told her Frank needed to walk to "destress," she arranged a walking tour of 3 or so houses in Cheltenham/Elkins Park -- despite the cold weather -- and smiled through the ordeal. She was the angel on my shoulder during a hectic and stressful period in my life. She knew the market well and particularly Cheltenham Twp, which I chose because of its train and bus service to Glenside where PAHrtners Deaf Services is located. Having lived in Elkins Park, she knew the neighborhoods, not just "the market." She helped me find the type of house I've long wanted in just the right neighborhood -- good neighbors; 10 minute walk from the train, co-op and bookstore; and safe for my brother to walk around in. I've dealt with realtors in Minneapolis, St. Paul, Miami, State College and Philadelphia. Francesca is the best of the best. I highly recommend her. She's also lots of fun to be with.
