- Frances and I connected, but did no business
I did not have a good experience with her or the buyer. In fact almost a year later the closing attorney is holding $3000 of my money. We had an agreement my fiancé at the times brother who is a licensed contractor fix an issue with the dinning room floor. After the closing they backed out of our agreement and cutoff communication.
